French fashion house Castelbajac just launched L’Homme Cool its newest eau de toilette for man. For this fragrance, master perfumer Benoîst Lapouza chose exceptional ingredients like an accord of blue tea.
We all know black, green and white tea and maybe you ask yourself what is blue tea? Well blue tea is a refined Chinese tea also known as BlueChai’s butterfly pea blossoms, belonging to Oolong species. The heart of Castelbajac L’Homme Cool contains this fresh smelling blue tea as well as a fresh concentrate of leaves of mint and birch accentuated by spicy notes of ginger and pink berries. Mandarin, grapefruit and star anise at the top make the fragrance lively and explosive, while the base is sublimated by a sensual accord of ambroxan, frankincense and blue cedar.
So now the key question. What would I compare it with and whom I think it will suit. Well, I guess we all know what the iconic Cool Water from Davidoff smells like… if you like that scent you will definitely like this one as well.
