Every Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 till 16:00, the “Bottomless Brunch” formula offers the choice of 1 sweetened dish, 1 salted dish, a hot drink, coffee cakes and croissant served with a glass of bubbles. (Unlimited bubbles for 1h30).
Among the salted dishes, you can choose between: two eggs Benedict with grilled bacon or two eggs Royale with smoked salmon or a Cesar salad ‘The 1040’- style.
Among the sweetened dishes, you have the choice between: a Brussels waffle with dark chocolate, seasonal fruit and whipped cream as well as yogurt sorbet or pancakes with fruit and whipped cream or brownies with chocolate and whipped cream.
Price per person: 49€ with the possibility to order each dish individually (12,50€ per dish).
