Since opening in 2019, Wolf has rapidly become the go-to hotspot for Brussels foodies. In just five years, it has transformed into a vibrant community of street food lovers, bringing together flavors from around the world. Today, Wolf boasts 17 food kiosks, two bars, three event spaces, and even its own microbrewery. Every day, over 100 nationalities gather here, creating a dynamic and cosmopolitan atmosphere—just like Brussels itself.
With renowned eateries like Butcher by Roland, Fresca, Nami, and La Piola, Wolf offers an exciting culinary journey for every taste. And don’t miss the bar, serving homemade iced teas, lemonades, and exclusive craft cocktails you won’t find anywhere else.

ICONIC HERITAGE MEETS MODERN CREATIVITY
Wolf is housed in one of Brussels’ most iconic buildings—the former ALSK ticket hall, designed by Alfred Chambon in 1943. Renowned designer Lionel Jadot revitalized the space with an innovative approach to recycling and upcycling. Old bank offices were repurposed into stylish lamps, and the grand entrance is now a classified urban landmark.
Once the domain of financial “wolves,” the Wolvengracht now tells a new story—one of authenticity, craftsmanship, and passion for food and culture.
BREWED ON-SITE, POURED FRESH
At WOLF, only 31 meters separate the brewing process from your glass, ensuring peak freshness and a minimal carbon footprint. Their microbrewery offers house-brewed beers, crafted to perfectly complement the street food experience:
- WOLF Blond (5.5%) – A golden ale with a balanced mix of biscuit malts and refreshing hops.
- WOLF White (4.5%) – A crisp Belgian wheat beer with hints of lemon zest and coriander seed.
- WOLF Amber (6.0%) – A smooth, toffee-toned brew, ideal for sweet-savory pairings.

Wolf’s brewing excellence was recognized with two bronze medals at the 2024 World Beer Awards. And in late 2024, they introduced a game-changer: their first canned Wolf Blond beer. This 5.5% high-fermentation brew delivers a biscuit-like body with a slightly bitter, floral finish—available exclusively at their food market.
MORE THAN JUST A FOOD MARKET
In five years, Wolf has evolved into a hub for food, culture, and unforgettable experiences. Halloween? The venue transforms into an immersive haunted experience. In early 2024, we hosted the Wolf Food Fight, an intense culinary showdown between amateur cooks and top chefs. And that’s just the beginning.
Wolf is also a stage for Brussels’ most exciting initiatives: from the My Greens plant market and Golden Grams vintage fairs, to our first-ever participation in the Bright Festival (February 2025), where a unique light installation blended art, food, and history.

And they are growing! On December 19, 2024—exactly five years after launching in Brussels—Wolf opened its second location in Antwerp. The result? Instant success. Food lovers, explorers, and street food enthusiasts flocked to the new venue, proving that Wolf is more than just a food market—it’s a destination.
