Culinary Delights at a High Level

Stiemerheide has been impressing gastronomically for years. Restaurant De Kristalijn, awarded a Michelin star and listed in Gault&Millau (17/20), is known for its innovative cuisine that respects the seasons. Chef Koen Somers serves dishes that harmoniously combine nature, technique, and flavor.

For a more accessible yet flavorful experience, there’s Restaurant Moonstone, awarded a Bib Gourmand and listed in Gault&Millau (13.5/20). Here, you’ll find refined Belgian and French classics with a modern twist, such as poached egg combined with Livar ham and garden cress, and gently cooked salmon paired with seasonal vegetables.

For an informal experience, guests can visit the bar/bistro and the sunny terrace of the hotel. The spacious terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding green environment, ideal for a relaxed lunch or drink. In winter, the bar/bistro is a pleasant place to stay by the open fireplace. A luxury breakfast is available on the terrace, prepared with local and seasonal products.
