More than just a restaurant, this vibrant venue blends dining, art, and leisure into a welcoming home for locals and visitors alike. Discover how Roca House brings people together with its sophisticated style, Mediterranean flavors, and genuine sense of community.

A Dream Come True
The driving force behind Roca House is Bart Canini, CEO of Creneau International. For Canini, the opening of Roca House is much more than a business project; it’s a personal milestone.
“One project I’m really proud of is the Roca House actually. I always dreamed to also open restaurants in Ibiza. We spent many years looking for a good location, and two years ago we bought a house that was the former clubhouse of the Golf in Roca Llisa and we analyzed what we could do with it,” Canini explains. “We created Roca House, a place for the community because Roca Llisa is a gated community with 1,000 villas and apartments and there was nothing. People wanted a place where they could come every day, like a social house, a social club.”
More Than a Restaurant
Roca House is much more than just a restaurant. It’s a place where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply spend a day by the pool. There’s even a small shop offering local products and art. The restaurant is open year-round, which is unique in Ibiza, where many hospitality venues close for the winter.

“We opened it also with a pool and with a little shop so people can come there to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, stay at the pool. Yes, it’s a beautiful place; we just opened in June last year,” says Canini.

Not Bohemian, but Eclectic and Sophisticated
While many places in Ibiza opt for a distinctly bohemian style, Roca House deliberately chose a different approach. The interior is an eclectic mix of art, vintage furniture from the ‘60s, ‘70s, and ‘80s, and carefully selected materials that make everything feel as if it’s always belonged.
“Our idea was not to make it Bohemian like most of the places in Ibiza are. We made it more sophisticated, with a lot of art, art from Denberg. We produced all the furniture ourselves and shipped it in a container to Ibiza,” Canini says.

Atmosphere and Menu
Roca House offers a welcoming and relaxed setting that feels like a second home for both locals and visitors. The Mediterranean-inspired menu, crafted by head chef José Luis Jimenez Bernal—who was born and raised in Spain—features a worldly touch and highlights the island’s rich flavors. Many dishes are expertly prepared on the Josper grill, which adds a distinctive smoky depth to the cuisine. Guests are invited to explore the full menu and enjoy a unique culinary experience in the heart of Ibiza.

Art, Design, and Community
Art plays a major role in the Roca House concept. Collaborations with local artists and galleries create an inspiring environment. The venue offers space for events and private parties, with a pool terrace and seating for 200 guests both inside and out.
“We made it more sophisticated with a lot of art, art from Denberg, we produced all the furniture ourselves,” says Canini.

A Heart for Ibiza
Roca House is a place where everyone is welcome, all year round. Roca House is not just a restaurant, but a home with a soul—a place where stories come together and the community is at the heart of everything. “Yes, I’m happy to invite you,” concludes Bart Canini.
