For the summer of 2025, Maison Pierre Marcolini presents a collection of ice creams and sorbets that masterfully combine intense flavors with refined textures. Thanks to the signature technique of churning à la minute, each creation offers a unique tasting experience, highlighting the exceptional quality of carefully selected ingredients.

The new Pierre Marcolini collection features ten flavors, including two limited editions inspired by Asia. The kumquat flavor delights with its fresh, tangy notes and delicate bitterness, subtly contrasting with the classic sweetness of cream-based ice cream. The black sesame flavor reveals roasted undertones and a rich, nutty depth. Among the other ice cream offerings are house classics such as Grand Cru São Tomé & Príncipe, Grand Cru Vanilla, Pistachio, and Mascarpone. The vegan sorbets celebrate fresh, fruity pairings with Mango-Yuzu, Raspberry, Strawberry, and Grand Cru Chocolate. The ice creams will be available in boutiques starting from 25 April 2025.
