For over 15 years, Edgar Carrasco has delighted Belgian gourmets through his Brussels-based catering workshop, bringing South American culture to life with recipes adapted to refined European palates. His buffets are spontaneous, convivial, and a celebration of skillful, light-handed cooking. This summer you can again enjoy his delights in the Natan boutique’s charming garden in Knokke.
