Belgian luxury footwear brand Morobé opens its third flagship store this June in Saint-Tropez. The label was founded by Virginie Morobé. Exactly ten years ago, she launched the brand in Antwerp.

Rivièra Residence
Following the refined atmosphere of the Seaside Apartment in Knokke and the bold energy of the Townhouse in Antwerp, Morobé’s newest flagship store is located at 30 Rue Gambetta, directly across from Dior.
Named Rivièra Residence, the 35m² space was completely redesigned by Belgian architect Glenn Sestig. With its warm golden lighting, natural textures, and artful interior details, the boutique channels the essence of the French Riviera. It’s a physical expression of Morobé’s dna—feminine precision, soft materials, and timeless sophistication.
From sculptural display furniture and Iranian travertine stone to a sand-hued carpet mimicking the shoreline, every element tells the story of craftsmanship and emotional connection. A blend of southern heritage and cosmopolitan design, carefully curated by interior expert Bernard Tournemenne, elevates shoes and accessories to collectible objects. A first-floor extension is planned for November 2025.

“Saint-Tropez has always been my second home, it’s where my inspiration for effortless, seaside style was born. Opening a store here feels like coming full circle.” – Morobé
Strategic Expansion With Mediterranean Soul
The launch of the Saint-Tropez boutique is both a strategic and sentimental milestone for Morobé. Known for sandals and heels that evoke a sense of coastal ease, the brand’s identity has always been tied to sun, sea, and strong silhouettes.
“Our bestselling pieces are always those that capture the feeling of summer, Saint-Tropez encapsulates that lifestyle perfectly.” – Morobé
This expansion underscores Morobé’s international ambitions, placing the brand in one of Europe’s most iconic luxury destinations while staying true to its personal and creative origins.

AW25 Collection and Capsule Revival
To mark the opening, Morobé will unveil a prelaunch of its AW25 collection, photographed by Marie Wynants, alongside a reissue of select limited-edition capsule colors—original pieces that once sold out in under 48 hours. Also debuting is the highly anticipated Voyage Voyage handbag, complete with sculptural bangles and refined detailing.
10 Years of Morobé: Celebrating Slow Growth and Clear Vision
The Saint-Tropez flagship store opening coincides with the 10-year anniversary of the brand. “This is not about sudden expansion,” Morobé notes. “It’s about a decade of intentional choices, sustainable growth, and staying focused on what we stand for.”
Morobé Saint-Tropez opens June 28, 2025 at Rue Gambetta 30.
