In the newly renovated Omoda & Jaecoo showroom of D&O Mobility in Alsemberg, Miss Belgium 2025, Karen Jansen, received the keys to her official car for the year: the stylish Omoda 5.
The festive handover reflects the growing success of the Omoda & Jaecoo brand in Belgium, now boasting 17 active dealerships and rapidly expanding. With sleek design, advanced safety features, and cutting-edge tech — including a 24.6-inch multimedia screen and intelligent driver assistance systems — the Omoda 5 is a head-turner. It also scored top marks in the Euro NCAP safety test and comes with a seven-year warranty.
“I’m so excited to drive the Omoda 5 for a year. It reflects who I am — stylish, safe, and confident,” – Karen Jansen, newly crowned Miss Belgium 2025.

A First for Darren Tu
The event also marked the public debut of Darren Tu, the new Country Manager for Omoda & Jaecoo Belux. Known for his achievements in Spain, Tu now focuses on strengthening the Belgian dealer network and enhancing customer experience.
“This is a special opportunity to connect with our Belgian audience and build lasting relationships,” – Darren Tu, country manager for Omoda & Jaecoo Belux

D&O Mobility: A Strategic Partner
The event was hosted at D&O Mobility, one of Belgium’s largest automotive groups with 15 locations and 270 employees. The choice of venue highlights the strategic partnership between the dealership and the Omoda & Jaecoo brand.
“Having Miss Belgium here symbolizes the strong potential of this innovative brand in Belgium,” said Christian Stas de Richelle, CEO of D&O Mobility Group.

With models like the Omoda 5 and Jaecoo J7 already generating thousands of leads, the brand aims to sell between 5,000 to 6,000 vehicles in Belgium and Luxembourg by the end of 2025.
