A Night of Japanese Delights

Not even a year after its opening, L’Abysse Monte-Carlo has already secured two Michelin stars. On Sunday April 27 th, sushi master Yasunari Okazaki opened the doors of his Japanese culinary haven at Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo. Joining him was Hirotaka Wada, the talented chef of the Michelin-starred Sushi Kanesaka in London. Together, they paid tribute to the refinement and tradition of Japanese gastronomy, offering a night filled with sublime flavors, rare ingredients, and unparalleled craftsmanship.

Monday, September 23 – Sustainable Dining by the Sea

One year after chef Marcel Ravin took the helm at Restaurant Elsa, he achieved something remarkable: he brought the Michelin star back to this idyllic beachfront location at Hôtel Monte-Carlo Beach. For the Festival des Etoilés, Ravin will join forces with chef Domenico D’Antonio to welcome a special guest: Florent Pietravalle, the visionary chef from La Mirande in Avignon, who holds both a Michelin star and a Green Michelin Star. This evening will focus on creativity, seasonal produce, and respect for nature and sourcing. Expect vegetables and fruits from the restaurant’s own Domaine d’Agerbol, sustainable fish, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. It’s a dinner where fine dining and environmental consciousness beautifully meet.
