To bring these creations to life, the chocolatier selected only the finest lemons, known for their pleasantly tart pulp that pairs perfectly with Grand Cru chocolate.The fresh, sparkling combination of citrus fruits and refined chocolate ingredients effortlessly brings a summery touch to the gift boxes of the Haute Couture collection. Lemons take center stage throughout the summer collection. Benoît Nihant crafted a pairing with almond paste to create a well-rounded flavor profile, and a blend with hazelnut praline from Piedmont for a delightful bonbon. A refreshingly bright fruit paste with lemon and oregano ganache completes the tasting experience.
