On Sunday 10 May 2026, La Feuillerie Park in Celles, near Tournai, opens its gates for the 31st edition of a refined horticultural rendezvous dedicated entirely to rhododendrons and azaleas. This intimate Belgian estate, normally a haven of quiet greenery, transforms for one day into a vibrant landscape with more than 1,000 rhododendrons and azaleas in full bloom.
Set against the romantic architecture and mature trees of La Feuillerie, the flowering shrubs create immersive colour harmonies from March to June, with this May event showcasing the season at its most opulent. Carefully composed vistas, meandering paths and shaded corners highlight the sculptural silhouettes of these evergreen shrubs, elevating them from garden plants to living design elements.
A curated selection of specialised growers is invited to present rare species and cultivars that are almost impossible to find through conventional channels. Collectors, passionate gardeners and curious beginners alike can discover hundreds of varieties suited to grand country gardens, intimate city plots or elegant containers on terraces and balconies.
