The German brand’s latest innovation—the Kaenos line—was officially unveiled at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025, one of the most prestigious events in the luxury watch calendar. This bold new collection of single-hand timepieces was presented to a global audience from April 1 to 7 and has now been honored with the 2025 iF Design Award, announced at a ceremony held on April 28 at Friedrichstadt-Palast in Berlin.

While it remains true to the brand’s signature single-hand philosophy, the series introduces a sportier, more contemporary aesthetic. The 2025 iF Design Award is MeisterSinger’s 10th win in the iF series, and its 37th international design prize overall. The award underscores the brand’s enduring commitment to design excellence.

Developed from scratch, the Kaenos features a 40 mm stainless steel case with alternating polished and brushed finishes. The design flows seamlessly into an integrated steel bracelet, offering both stability and all-day comfort. With 10 bar water resistance, it’s built to handle everyday challenges effortlessly.
A Dial That Comes to Life in the Light
The Kaenos dial is crafted from two superimposed layers, producing a unique three-dimensional effect that enhances readability in any lighting condition—including low light. Available in black, sunburst gray, ice blue, and petrol, the dial responds dynamically to changes in light, creating an ever-shifting play of color.
Two Distinct Versions: Kaenos and Kaenos Open Date
The Kaenos family includes two variations:
- Kaenos – Features a large date window at 6 o’clock.
- Kaenos Open Date – Showcases an open date ring with the date visible below 12 o’clock.
Both models maintain the clean, functional look that defines MeisterSinger, while offering subtle complications to enhance utility.
