From June 6th to 8th, Samsung and chef Paul Delrez join forces for Cutting Edge, a unique pop-up culinary experience at Fondation CAB in Brussels. Inspired by the ultra-slim Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge — just 5.8 mm thin — this event blends innovation, design, and gastronomy in a way you’ve never seen before.
Intuitive Experience for Foodies & Design Lovers
Before you take your seat at the table, let’s first talk about the device at the heart of it all. The Galaxy S25 Edge is literally on the table as the starting point for this total experience. With its elegant titanium body of just 5.8 mm and a weight of only 163 grams, it feels light, but is bursting with power. The 200 MP main camera captures every detail razor-sharp, even in low light. Perfect for those who want to share their plate with the world. The 12 MP ultra-wide lens captures the entire scene in one shot, and with the 12 MP front camera, selfies and portraits look natural and sharp. Combine that with tools like the ProVisual Engine, Google Gemini Live, Circle to Search, and Galaxy AI features such as Generative Photo Edit, and you have a device that is not only smart, but also incredibly intuitive.

Cutting Edge: Where Tech Meets Taste
We could keep talking about specs, weight, and the titanium finish. But to truly feel what makes the Galaxy S25 Edge unique, you have to experience it. That’s why Samsung is creating CUTTING EDGE: not a classic restaurant, but a complete experience in a minimalist setting. Fondation CAB, an art gallery in the heart of Brussels, is being specially redesigned for this occasion. Interior, lighting, and atmosphere are all inspired by the device’s sleek design.

The eye-catcher of the restaurant? A custom-designed table that reflects the lines, materials, and colors of the Galaxy S25 Edge. Titanium Silver, Titanium Jetblack, and Titanium Icyblue subtly return in the decor, seamlessly blending technology, design, and gastronomy. This way, dinner becomes more than just a meal: it’s a sensory journey of discovery.
Fine Dining With Paul Delrez
The chef? We know Paul Delrez as the creative foodie who effortlessly brings playful recipes to life. But for CUTTING EDGE, he’s taking a different approach. For the first time, Delrez is diving into fine dining with a subtle Korean twist, inspired by the aesthetics and precision of the Galaxy S25 Edge.

Four of the six courses.
“This smartphone has made me look at cooking differently. More focus, more finesse, more contrast.” – Chef Paul Delrez, Belgian chef
A six-course menu where technology and flavor come together. Dishes rich in contrast, exciting textures, and surprising interpretations of classics create a unique culinary experience.

What Samsung translates into design and innovation, Delrez translates into flavors that linger. Think: Galaxy Japchae, Ikijime Seriole Crudo, and Soufflé d’Asie — each dish a meeting of technology and creativity on the plate.
