Set once again in the intimate Rob The Gourmet’s Market in Brussels, these exclusive evenings promise a bold, festive, and immersive gastronomic experience, bringing together the most celebrated names in Belgian cuisine.
A Celebrated Return to the Culinary Scene
After a six-year hiatus, CULINARIA by Audi made a spectacular return in March, selling out multiple evenings within days. Over 700 guests, 20 Belgian and international chefs, and six unique evenings underscored the event’s irresistible allure.
In response to overwhelming enthusiasm, two additional dates have now been added, allowing more food lovers to experience this unmissable celebration of culinary artistry.
A Multi-Sensory Gastronomic Journey
CULINARIA is more than just a dinner — it’s a full-scale sensory journey divided into four captivating stages:
1. The Welcome Experience
Guests are immediately immersed in an elegant atmosphere featuring soft lighting, Perrier-Jouët Champagne, botanical mocktails by Maison Perrier, and a curated selection of Duvel beers — setting the perfect tone for an extraordinary evening.
2. The Aperitif Market Experience
Wander freely through Rob’s gourmet market, where tasting stations showcase artisan products, live preparations, and delicacies. This relaxed yet refined start celebrates craftsmanship, flavor, and conviviality.
3. The Fine Dining Experience by S.Pellegrino
Seated at individual tables, guests enjoy a live-prepared, four-hands dinner featuring an exceptional menu, beer pairings with Duvel, and a premium Swiss cheese tasting — all meticulously designed for a truly memorable gastronomic experience.
4. The After Dinner Lounge
