After a journey filled with ups and downs, Julie Dupont became a skin coach at her own Care Beauty Center in Stave—a decision she has never regretted for a single moment.

Julie Dupont’s teenage dream was to run her own beauty institute as a beautician, but her father wanted her to pursue a career as a secretary, so she studied accounting instead. Eventually, she convinced him to let her take a course at the Wagner College, a private esthetics school in Namur. Shortly after, she opened a small beauty institute in a tiny room just three houses away from where her institute is now located. After exploring numerous specializations in esthetics, facing three floods, and going through a breakup, she made a drastic change—after much deliberation and many emotions, she partnered with Care Personal Beauty.
A Unique Concept
In Belgium, dozens of beauty institutes use Care Personal Beauty products and devices alongside other brands. These centers stand out as highly specialized skin professionals, using skin analysis devices to offer personalized skincare. We put this to the test. Julie puts on her skin coach hat and first analyzes the skin on our body, then our face, using various parameters. The skin analysis device, specially developed for Care Personal Beauty, measures nine elements (such as sebum, exfoliation, redness…) that define our unique skin identity. The analysis precisely identifies skin issues, which ingredients our skin needs, and thus which products Julie should select from the range. Facial skin analysis devices are not new to the market, but body skin analysis devices are! To determine the most suitable body treatment, additional parameters like firmness and hydration are measured. After a 45-minute analysis (face and body), during which Julie asks many questions about our diet and lifestyle, we settle into the treatment room. With over 17 years of experience in skincare—plus expertise as a mental coach, image consultant, nail stylist, and makeup artist—Julie occasionally organizes makeup workshops using Artdeco products and even invites naturopaths for wellness workshops. However, her primary focus remains on skin improvement, body firming, and laser hair removal.

What a Result
Julie listened carefully to our needs: firming, hydration, and anti-redness for our face. The highlight of the facial treatment? The Sono Lifter phase. This treatment head emits a pleasant warmth, ensuring that the active ingredients from the Serum with Spirulina and the PurActiv Total Control Serum penetrate deep into the skin. This relaxing phase nearly lulls us into a dreamlike state. Next comes the Oxybooster phase, combined with a mist of antioxidant lotion to firm and revitalize the skin. Wrinkles are filled, and puffiness is reduced. The oxygen massage device feels almost like a Kärcher (high-pressure cleaner) gliding over our skin. The treatment concludes with the Protect Mask, an alginated mask designed to soothe redness—and it’s incredibly effective! “I’ve never seen your skin look this even and redness-free after a treatment,” my colleague remarks as I step out of the treatment room. Her own skin looks plump and refreshed, with noticeably reduced wrinkles—all after just one session. We are so impressed that we immediately start searching for a Care Personal Beauty institute near us. Even the next day, our skin still feels deeply nourished, soft, and smooth.
