For Easter 2026, the chocolatier-cacaofèvier places chocolate firmly at the heart of the story, where artisanal mastery and creative expression merge into a collection of singular, meticulously finished pieces.
At the collection’s centre stands a striking showpiece: a broken egg from which a newly hatched chick peeks out, sculpted entirely in dark Grand Cru chocolate from Nicaragua. The scene feels almost alive in the hand, thanks to an interplay of finishes that shifts between smooth and luminous, then brushed and matte, an elegant reminder that chocolate, treated as a precious raw material, can be shaped like a work of art.

Alongside ‘Plumes’, Benoît Nihant revisits a tradition with his Œufs Flamboyants collection, built around an ingredient that instantly transports him back to childhood: Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. Here, vanilla is layered through the essentials of the chocolate atelier to create multiple textures and nuanced contrasts, moving between softness, depth, and roundness. Expect a silky caramel wrapped in vanilla warmth, a dark chocolate ganache enriched with profound vanilla intensity, and a cashew-and-vanilla praliné with delicately roasted accents. Each coffret reads like a composed tasting experience, refined, structured, and quietly luxurious.
