The Alpine A390 delivers the lively driving experience of the A110, but adds practical usability with five seats. This electric ‘sport fastback’ targets a broader audience, including business users, without sacrificing Alpine’s driving dynamics.

Impressive Powertrain
For the first time, Alpine combines three electric motors: one up front and two in the rear, providing all-wheel drive (a world first!) while retaining a rear-wheel-drive feel. They work with the patented Active Torque Vectoring, which individually controls the rear motors and directs more torque to the outer wheel in corners. This shifts the balance from understeer to neutral or even oversteer. Despite the battery weight, cornering feels surprisingly light and playful; in a straight line, you gain traction and stability. The A390 responds precisely, communicates clearly, and remains controllable even at high speeds. The chassis tuning draws inspiration from the A110, with a short wheelbase (2,708 m), low seating position, and 49/51 weight distribution

Overtake Boost
In the sporty cockpit, everything revolves around the driving experience: a flattened steering wheel with a blue RCH dial for regeneration (five levels, up to ‘One Pedal’) and a red OV button for launch control and overtake mode. This boost delivers up to 10 seconds of extra power, ideal for quick and comfortable passing maneuvers. The tall, slim center console nods to the A110 but offers more storage here. The central 12″ touchscreen is fast and intuitive, complemented by physical buttons, including for climate control, so you can make quick adjustments without taking your eyes off the road. The touchscreen supports Alpine Telemetrics with Live Data, Coaching, and Challenges: from G-forces to brake balance. With Coaching and Challenge modes, the A390 feels almost like a video game; perfect for honing your driving skills, even on the track.

Bidirectional Charging
The rear bench seats three adults, but is more comfortable for two, and the trunk offers a generous 532 liters. The A390 GT delivers 400 hp and 508 Nm, sprints to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, and reaches 200 km/h. With the 89 kWh battery, it offers a range of up to 555 km (WLTP). Fast charging at 190 kW takes the battery from 15 to 80 percent in under 25 minutes. Starting at €67,500.
