Spring brunch has evolved into a softer, lighter ritual, an unhurried moment where senses wake up and the table feels just a little more considered. Acqua di Parma’s edit for the season translates that mood into three luminous signatures designed to bring freshness, ease and Italian refinement into the day: Buongiorno, Colonia Il Profumo Millesimato & Gelsomino a Freddo.
The light of Colonia, reimagined
Created to mark 110 years of the House’s first fragrance, Colonia Il Profumo Millesimato is a celebratory, limited interpretation of Acqua di Parma’s icon, built around an exceptional 2024 ylang-ylang harvest from Nosy Be, Madagascar. The composition opens on a “golden” citrus lift, Italian bergamot, blood orange, petitgrain and grapefruit, then gains structure through aromatic and earthy accents including rosemary, orange leaf absolute, patchouli and vetiver.

Buongiorno: the scent of a new beginning
A standalone Eau de Parfum, Buongiorno captures the feeling of early spring in the Tuscan hills, morning dew, warmed skin, and that crisp clarity after rain. Crafted using co-distillation (basil and petitgrain distilled together), it opens with lemon, mint and rosemary alongside the basil–petitgrain accord, before moving into a heart of lavender and mandarin leaf and settling into cedarwood, amber and white musk. Beyond the fragrance, the Buongiorno universe extends into bath, body and lifestyle pieces, hand balm, soaps, hand wash and lotion in art-deco-inspired glass, and Art of Living accessories that echo Italian craft codes.

Gelsomino a Freddo: jasmine with depth
For those who want florals with polish, and edge, Gelsomino a Freddo Eau de Parfum explores jasmine through the time-intensive technique of cold enfleurage, with jasmine blossoms placed on purified shea butter to capture the flower’s most nuanced facets. The result plays on contrast: radiant jasmine set against smoky, textured tones (black tea and guaiac wood), with a structure that opens on Italian lemon, pink pepper and artemisia, reveals a heart of jasmine enfleurage, black tea and orris, and finishes with guaiac wood, cypriol and patchouli.

How to wear them at brunch
- Choose Colonia Il Profumo Millesimato when you want classic elegance with a sunlit citrus profile that feels dressed-up yet effortless.
- Reach for Buongiorno to set a bright, “windows-open” tone from the first coffee onward, especially if you love green-aromatic freshness.
- Save Gelsomino a Freddo for the slow linger after the last course, when a floral with tea-and-woods depth feels like the perfect continuation of the afternoon.
